We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Free tracked shipping on all orders

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment while the parcel is processed within the courier network

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination, courier demand, and transit conditions. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

📦 Order Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a short additional period for delays.

🔁 Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Items must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Some items may be excluded for hygiene reasons where stated on the product page.

❗ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you of the outcome

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
