Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.


💎 Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve it quickly.
(Note: minor packaging marks do not qualify as product damage.)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only — no customs duties or import fees apply.
