At Tren-Dora, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible — from checkout to delivery and beyond. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Information

United Kingdom

  • Free UK delivery on all orders
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours
  • All orders are shipped with tracking where available

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

  • Standard international shipping
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and local courier services

International shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available)
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Some items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  • Please allow a few additional days for delays outside our control
